RMG offers the following loans:

- Special Portfolio Financing for RMG/InterBank’s REO
- Home Equity Loans (HELOC)/second mortgages
- Zero-Down Loans on RMG’s/Interbank REO Properties, available on owner and non-owner occupied properties
Mortgage Checklist
During the loan process, please plan to provide:
- Your social security number and date of birth
- Current pay stubs
- W2’s for previous 2 years
- If self employed, your most recent two-year tax returns
- Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
- Retirement accounts for the past two months
If you own Real Estate, also plan to provide:
- Mortgage account information, including annual property taxes and insurance
- Name and phone number of your insurance agent
- Home equity account information (if applicable)
RMG Special Programs
Guaranteed Approvals RMG guarantees it will close your purchase loan based on the terms of our approval letter or we will pay the seller $10,000. The approval letter lists the conditions that must be met for the Guaranteed Approval to be valid.
Guaranteed Closing Costs Certificate This certificate guarantees that the amount you are charged in total closing costs will not exceed the amount stated on the final Good Faith Estimate prepared by RMG.
